Extra-long battery life, smart navigation with re-routing and user friendliness gets you to your destination safely even if you decide to take a different route than the one initially planned. Data such as navigation instructions, altitude profils, speed, distance and training time are reliably prompted to the display. The ROX 4.0 ENDURANCE can of course be connected to your E-Bike and external sensors.

- SEARCH AND GO Navigation allows you to find a specific location and navigate there. You can enter an address into the SIGMA RIDE app on your smart phone or click on a point on the map. Trail preferences (bike trails, dirt roads, paved roads, and running/hiking trails) can be set individually. The track thus created can be started directly on your ROX 4.0 ENDURANCE or saved in the RIDE app for later.
- RE-ROUTING AND TURN-BY-TURN DIRECTIONS During navigation, the ROX 4.0 ENDURANCE display shows the track and turn-by-turn directions. A turn arrow and audible signal alert you to the next turn. To make sure you dont miss a turn, the Red Circle counts down the distance to the next turn using colored bars. They become less the closer you get to the turn. The ROX 4.0 ENDURANCE also displays the street name. If you spontaneously deviate from the suggested route, your ROX plans a new route to the destination with a correspondingly updated elevation profile in a flash in interaction with the SIGMA RIDE app.
- TRACKS FROM THIRD PARTIES The track navigation allows you to precisely ride a planned route. To do this, create a track in the SIGMA DATA CENTER or with a tour portal of your choice (komoot, Strava, etc.) and import it into the SIGMA RIDE app. You can then start your tour in the app and ride it right away or save it and start it later on your bike computer. This allows you to navigate your tour without a connection to your smart phone.

Preču trūkumi vai bojājumi ir novēršami un remontējami, neapmierinošas kvalitātes Preces vai
kvalitatīvas Preces, kuras forma, lielums, krāsa, modelis vai aprīkojums neapmierina Pircēju, ir maināma
vai atgriežama, saskaņā ar 2001.g. 29.jūnija Lietuvas Republikas Ekonomikas ministra rīkojumu Nr.217 par
„Priekšmetu atgriešanas un maiņas noteikumiem”, Lietuvas Republikas Ekonomikas ministra 2001.g. 17.augusta
rīkojumu Nr.258 par „Priekšmetu pārdošanas un pakalpojumu sniegšanas kārtība ar līgumā noteiktajiem saziņas līdzekļiem” un citiem spēkā esošiem Lietuvas Republikas tiesību aktiem.
Pircējam ir tiesības atgriezt Preces, paziņojot par to Pārdevējam rakstiski ne vēlāk kā 7 (septiņu) darba dienu laikā no Preces piegādes dienas kā paredzēts Noteikumos un sekojošā kārtībā:
- Pircējam rakstiski jāpaziņo par līguma atteikumu (Preces maiņas vai atgriešanas akts), bet pirms tam jāpaziņo pa e-pastu, norādot vēlamo atgriežamo Preci un tās pasūtījuma numuru;
- Pircējam jāatgriež Prece Pārdevējam ne vēlāk kā 15 (piecpadsmit) kalendāro dienu laikā.

Pircējam, atgriežot Preces, jāievēro šie noteikumi:

• atgriežamajai Precei jābūt tādā pašā aprīkojumā, kādu to saņēma Pircējs;
• atgriežot Preci, svarīgi iesniegt tās iegādes dokumentus, garantijas karti (ja tāda ir izdota) un aizpildīt Preces maiņas vai atgriešanas aktu.
Pārdevējam ir tiesības nepieņemt Pircēja atgriežamo Preci, ja Pircējs neievēro šajā līguma daļā noteiktos Preču atgriešanas noteikumus un kārtību.
Neatkarīgi no Preces lieluma vai svara (ieskaitot gadījums, kad Prece sver vairāk par 10 kg), Preci, kas Pircējam nav apmierinoša tās formas, lieluma, krāsas, modeļa vai aprīkojuma dēļ un kuru Pircējs maina vai atgriež kvalitātes maiņai, labošanai vai atgriež, transportē Pircējs. Ja ir saņemta neīstā Prece vai tā nav kvalitatīva, Pārdevējs apņemas pieņemt tādu Preci, to mainīt pret analogu Preci vai atgriezt izdevumus par Preču atgriešanu.
Pārdevējs, saņemot atgriezto Preci un novērtējot, lai tā atbilst maiņas vai atgriešanas noteikumiem un kārtībai, kā arī LR tiesību aktiem, paredz 15 dienu laikā atgriezt Pircējas par Preci samaksāto naudu uz viņa Preču atgriešanas aktā norādīto bankas kontu. Par Preces piegādi Pircējam samaksātos izdevumus neatgriež tādā gadījumā, ja atgriežama nekvalitatīva Prece.
UZMANĪBU: Lai saglabātu oriģinālā iepakojuma stāvokli, lūdzam to neizmantot kā sūtījuma iepakojumu (izņemot velosipēdus). Iesakām preci iepakot papildu ārējā iepakojumā. Ja oriģinālais iepakojums tiek bojāts, var tikt piemērota 3 € maksa par iepakojuma bojājumu.
